My progress disappeared. Can I get it back?

Your progress is saved to your anonymous account automatically. If you reinstall the Application on the same device, it will offer to restore your saved game on the first launch — choose "Sync" to bring everything back. If something still looks wrong, contact us from the affected device.

I bought coins but they didn't arrive.

Coin purchases are usually delivered instantly, but a slow connection can delay them for a short while. Make sure you're online and restart the game. If the coins still don't appear, contact us with your App Store purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.

I bought the ad-free upgrade on another device. How do I get it back?

Open the Store in the game and tap Restore. Your ad-free upgrade is tied to your Apple ID, so it comes back on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. The ad-free upgrade removes full-screen ads; optional rewarded ads stay available if you want their rewards.

How do refunds work?

All payments are processed by Apple, so refund requests are handled exclusively through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to report.

Does the game work offline?

Yes. You can play levels without an internet connection — your progress and rewards sync automatically the next time you're online. Leaderboards, purchases, VS duels and daily rewards require a connection.

What is energy?

Starting a level uses energy, which refills over time. You can also watch an optional rewarded ad to get energy sooner, up to a daily limit.

How do I play VS with a friend?

Open VS from the main menu and create a room. Share the 6-digit room code with your friend, who enters it to join. The duel starts once both players are ready.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 15.6 or later.

How do I delete my data?

Email us from the device you play on and request deletion. We'll permanently remove your anonymous account and all associated data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
